I have worked in private and public international organizations in Africa, Asia, Latin America, Europe and the Near East for over 35 years. Most of my work has been done as an evaluator of projects and programs.
In my travels, I have had the pleasure and the honour of meeting many fantastic people, active along a broad range of societal conditions, cultural junctures, intellectual stages and political opinions.
This website is meant to disseminate all that I have learnt through them as well as my experience and thoughts on a series of management concepts that may still ‘baffle' new comers to the area of ‘cooperation & development’.
Most of these concepts have been around since the 60’s and 70’s. So, there are a lot of experiences out there! But, I feel that we are not exploiting all this wealth of information to its fullest potential.
This depreciation of our knowledge base and experiences seems to me to be a highly inefficient way to conduct our aid & development work!
